This project is located in the entrance to the historical city – Jaffa, The uniqueness of the location led to a unique architectural design as well as conceptual thinking. By redefining the conventional design processes and ignoring fashionable or conventional design techniques. In the design process extra attention was paid to the original character of the area.

Viewing the surrounding, one can notice the “architecture of details” characteristics: graceful and human scale, variety of balconies, costume designed steel rails, sand stones, arches, inner gardens, etc.

This building reflects all the above elements, combining modern high tech building techniques perfecting to the highest quality for building standards. The design is sensitive to the existing area and arises from it, as an “awaking beauty”. Yet, setting new standards for future development.    

The reflection of the city is not only in architectural exterior design but also in interior design were the balconies bring the view into the apartments.

The project is located in a newly developing section of the city, which used to be consisted of small businesses such as garages, millworks etc..  the gentle touch in the design of the building set new standards of building and development in the area. This pioneering design not only changed the urban characteristic of the area by introducing residential housing to it, but also took an advantage of the area which was considered ‘low cost land’ and upgraded it to a most desired real-estate in the area.  

The building includes some 55 apartments on top of a commercial floor and has sports facilities, sauna, sun balcony and underground parking lots that were dug in sophisticated methods dealing with new engineering technologies for watery -sandy land.
