Peace Gate - An International Trading Center – Haifa, Israel

 

The initiation of this project emerged as a direct result to the peace agreement prime minister Itshak Rabin signed. A new Middle East started to form where businessmen from Arab countries and all over the world started to show interest in economical cooperation with Israel.

This project developed from a futuristic visionary stand point that the Arab embargo would break end economical embassies of international commercial bodies will come to Israel.

 This new trading center will offer several new and important functions in peacetime such as: direct import and export facilities, unofficial representation facilities for new embassies, exclusive hotel for the center’s guests etc.

"Peace Gate" consists of some 350,000-sq. meter complex, which includes business area, offices, shopping mall, trading area, hotel, auditorium and conference center. It is located in a most important area- near an airport, a seaport, and main roads to allow everyone the most suitable communication channels.
